So about 3 years ago I got my Duratrax 835B Nitro RC, well after a bunch of parts breaking I stuffed it in the shed for 3 years. Well today I found it and decided to bring it back to life.

First thing I got the engine off, the pullstart needs to be replaced and it should be here the 20th. Next I finally got mounting point off for the exhaust and have a new one with the exhaust coming. Servo check showed that all servos are still working, and finally I cleaned up the chassis with some compressed air. The engine still has compression and seems to be in good shape, before I stuffed it away I put after run oil in it and hopefully I can get it to start up.

I want to do some upgrades to this which may involve putting a new engine on because the .27 engine I have is pretty strong, almost unbreakable however it is slow. They make a racing version of it which I may trade out later. I've already added some new tires on it, and I still need to get a metal servo steering arm. Some stronger shock springs would be nice as well. Finally I want to get a good looking body for it.

Got the starter on and put the engine back in it's place, now I just need the exhaust.

Also I bought a Losi XXX-NT Nitro for $65 so I hope to get that one running as well.

It's update time.
Added on new medium springs, will rebuild shocks later.
Exhaust finally came, of course it was the wrong one.
Next Wensday it should be up and running.
Still waiting on my XXX-NT Truggy.

I painted the body cheaply too.

So I finally got the right exhaust and installed it. And finally got it up and running, and after doing some tuning for it the front steering servo died. Then I waited for the new servo to come and finally installed it.
Now I got it up and running like a champ.
Also my XXX-NT Nitro Stadium truck came and I'm working on that.
