I'm trying to find out what this part is called? Also, If anyone can tell me and possible where I can buy it if an autoparts doesn't supply it i'd much appreciate it.
The forked end piece which spaces the brake shoes.

That's the parking brake strut, and you can get it on rockauto for 6 or 7 bucks

Depend on if you need ones for 9" or 10". Haven't been able to find any ones for the 10". Some places call it a brake strut.

I'm pretty sure I found them for the 10" brakes at O'Reilly's not too long ago...

Dorman makes it for the 10".

Dorman 21137 10" Brake Bar

Just copy and paste that part number into your favorite parts supplier's website to find the right thing.

Thanks alot guys I got what I needed, but now ran into another issue.

I bought a hardware kit sor the springs and an auto adjuster kit also.
My spring kit was fine but the auto adjuster i'm having problems with. Have been searching all over the net and forums here but can't seem to find one the same as mine.

Dorman HW2662 Self-Adjuster Kit

Am unsure how to install this spring. All ones I have seen diagrams and images of have a coil spring similar to the larger ones that hold the brake shoes in place at the top.

My credo
If you're not making mistakes, you're not learning.
That spring looks kinda familiar, but I cannot for the life of me think of anywhere it goes. I know I've had some parts left over from various kits before (maybe that's what I'm thinking of?) but I can't comfortably make the brazen, with 100% surety, advice to toss it aside, as I'm not routinely doing drums on these trucks. But I really don't think it's used. I looked at some pictures and still couldn't jog my memory of where it would go.

A spring kit should have all the necessary springs in it, and it's prudent to replace those as well (which I see you said you have gotten). I've pulled out some nasty looking springs before that blatantly were no longer doing their job.

if you need that part for 10" drum brakes, I have a suggestion...

LIE to the parts counterman and tell him you need that part for a 1993-94 Explorer....
