How do i know what kind of hitch is on my f-150?

I bought a ford f-150 a few days ago. It has a a square reciever on the back, how do I know the tow rating for it?
It's a 2012 xlt 4by4 3.7L.
I installed a similiar looking hitch on my Ranger which was 5000lbs
