I'm sure this is covered somewhere but, I can't find it. I have a '99 2x4 XLT with front end damage and have a line on a '94 with a toasted motor/tranny and rear damage. Can I take the front clip from the '94 and put it on my '99? (also do the doors interchange?)

Yes, you should be able to do that, and the doors should interchange.

The topic has been covered, not as extensively as the 1st/2nd gen front end swap, and it is always about putting the newer 04+ front end on an older truck, but it should work just fine. You might have to take everything though, including the core and fender supports.
