You could try disconnecting or unplugging the MAF (mass air flow sensor) and see if that make any difference. Its quick and easy and would eliminate that out of the situation to move forward from.

vertical and above ground
You could disconnect one plug wire at a time to see the effects... Check fuel pressure? Check fuel flow using a gauge, container and bleed hose. Key on, and catch the gas in a container, measure flow over 10 seconds and multiply to see if adequate. A leaky PCV or hoses can cause bad running, as can a stuck EGR or leaky vacuum lines.

Run the EEC IV diagnostic feature. It will do a running test on the system and report what it finds.

I had a lean on bank 2 code for forever. The truck idled poorly, would stall, poor gas mileage. Finally I found a badly cracked vacuum hose and replaced that. That fixed it.

check the fuel pressure, it should be 40 psi+

did you check that the balancer did not slip. havent paid enough attention on these engilnes to see if they can do it but sometimes the outter rings on the balancer can turn and basicly give you a false reading i had it happen to me on a 250 in my granada. have a compression test done to see if its a head gasket

They both are a bit high. You need to be within 15% ,which those are, but I question whether they really are that high.

I unplugged the coil packs removed each plug and cranked the engine over and those are peak pressures....

You said any thoughts... Tps? I had a low voltage code on that and it made my truck run rough and stall out.
