I have a 93 Explorer with a 4.0.

I need to replace a leaking fuel line; it goes from the fuel rail pressure regulator down to the frame rail. It is a really unusual fitting at the regulator, sort of like an inverted flare (it is a screw on type, not a push on type).

What size/type is this fitting at the pressure regulator? It looks like I will need to custom make the fuel line.

Thanks,

RW

i would go to the pull and save, and pull the line that goes from the frame up to the regulator with the regular screw on style, along with the fuel pressure regulator.

when you pull it off smell the vacuum line attached to it, to see if its bad. if you smell fuel get a different fpr.

grab a pair of the quick disconects, and bring a buddy. they can be a pain to get off.
