Replaced drums, tightened line. Adjusted drums anyone know what's wrong

Correct size drums?

Is the cable tight, not hanging down.

There is an "equalizer" where the 1 cable coming from the foot pedal is connected to the 2 cables that go to left and right rear brakes, this is also an adjuster for pulling slack out of stretched cables.

And then there is the foot pedal mechanism itself.
