Are you still trying to fix your bronco? if so, when you said "no spark comes out," are you referring to a lack of spark at your plugs?

You should have a module on the back of the distributor
That you can remove and take to an autoparts store and have tested (for free)
It took me awhile to conclude that that was my no spark problem.
I had power to the coil but would drop when turned over.
Hope this helps
The part cost me 40 so not to bad, just took forever to troubleshoot to that part with no help haha

Check for saved codes.
Might be the Crankshaft Position Sensor or Camshaft Position Sensor depending on the year.

What about the cylinder next to the coil. Done quote me the resistor I believe. That could be the culprit also.

Have you tried the relays? If you follow the wires from the battery, there are a few relays on the passender side fender there. On my old bronco they had some fault. I would just wiggle them around until I heard a click and it would start right up.

I second checking the relays. I had a similar problem, replaced nearly the entire ignition system, wound up being the computer power relay. If i recall correctly its the brown one. Green is fuel pump, black is a/c. Someone please correct me if im wrong.
