Been looking online for smoked tail lights for my 06 Ranger FX4... All the ones on ebay look like they are off a bloody space ship... Anyone ever use the spray on tail light tint? Would love to see some pics if you have..

Did my 87 with nightshade, turned out very good....... start with a LIGHT coat first, then go from there till you get it as dark as you want it.....

I actually just did the nightshade on my truck today, looks great. Just took a while to get all of the lights to the exact same shade

I used Tamiya PS-31 paint. you can get a small (8oz) spray can from a hobby shop for a few bucks. i used 2 cans for both tails and my 3rd brake light. got a can of clear coat too.

i have other pics on my other computer of all 3 lights in one shot, before i sanded away the reverse light part. if you want to see them, let me know.
