All it's attached to is the bolt for the latch. Nothing else. Works like a charm, plus come off in 30 seconds. Thanks man.

doesn't take much to hold a bracket for the antenna. we do mountings like that a lot on semi's.. something that doesn't make any additional holes or just hid holes.

It does look nice but I have one that I got with my 4 ft whip and it does not require any drilling into the bed...it fits up front of the bed in between the cab and bed area and fits on to my diamond plate bed protector and fits with one hole drilled into the diamond plate...

......now you got holes in the bed.......

There are no holes it's a plate with a hole in it and the inner tailgate clip bolt is holding it in place. Believe me, of everyone here I'll be the last guy to put holes in my truck.

Looks good. I'd either powdercoat it black, or get it coated in the bedliner stuff (except obviously the bolt-holes). It's going to pick up a LOT of slush/salt spray there.

Wrap that coax connection in a good heavy layer of electrical tape.

I prefer to take at least 20 minutes to come off. Wife likes it better that way too. :icon_rofl::icon_rofl:
