Using the information here: http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/ReplacementBrakeLine_Front.html

It says you can use the same in the rear but when I pulled up the the extension half one side s SAE and the other is metric. Digging through NAPA I found part number 25160 works in the rear. It is about 10" long and goes between the frame mount and the factory rubber line.
