That's a nice clean looking Ranger for the age and miles on it. I must have been well cared for.

Update>>>>

Picked up a wrecked 2000 Explorer 5.0L AWD with 174k for $800 3*13*16>

Removed the damaged parts and sold the hitch & rear bumper 3*16*16>

98 4x4 donor chassis ready 6*24*16>

My cab removed 6*25*16>

2000 Expo 5.0L with trans installed into donor chassis and rolled under my cab 6*25*16>

Completed project ready to drive 7*15*16>

I kept the Ranger torsion bars, removed the 3" 4x4 blocks from rearend to lower it close to previous stance and had full duals installed 7*30*16>

I kept the Ranger suspension up front and did the mod to make it lockouts and plan to put my Expo 8.8 with discs in it eventually.

I did the Explorer hinges with lift shocks mod. I welded the hood part of the original hinge to the Explorer pass. side hinge, as they are reversed. NO, I didn't take pics before I welded, but it ain't pretty by no means 9*21*16>

And YES, I plan to paint them, just not today.

Nice truck, nice build! I have to laugh at the hood hinge though. All that work swapping chassis, drivetrain, body... one trip to a pick and pull and you could've bolted on another driverside explorer hinge!

Makes me wonder how far back the hood shocks will fit... I do like that look.
