Hey guys . Don't really do the forums do to bad experiences on frf and ffr. However this one seems to be much more helpful and a lot less drama. So here I am. ( and I was brought here everytime I looked up 5.0 swap)

4" spindle, 3" blocks
All bilstein shocks
20x12 fuels ( first one to do so on a mazda , one of the first on a ranger)
1.5" spacers up front 3" rear.
Full pro audio system
2003 powerdome
2001 3.0 inside ( mine died at 206k )
