Default windshield wiper fuse

Hey guys, My windshiel wipers arent working. Is there a fuse or a relay? My fuse box has no writing on it. ANyone have a link, or maybe a description of where it is, engine bay, kick panel?

Looking at a 93 EVTM, fuse #2, 6Amp in the fuse panel (in cab, behind inst. panel, left of steering column).

It could also be the multifunction switch or the wiper motor. Stick a meter on the motor connector, look for 12v on the red wire and again on the dark blue w/ orange stripe wire. If you get power at both (switch on High, key in run), bad wiper motor.

If you get voltage at red wire, but not the dark blue w/ orange stripe wire, bad multifunction switch. No power at either, blown fuse or bad ignition switch.
