Fog light panel?

Parked outside is a 1997 4x4 identical to mine, except it has a black panel all across the front with fog lights on each side under the front bumper. It looks like it was original to the truck. Is this a factory part? Is it available aftermarket? I looked about the site here and didn't see anything.

some came from the factory with fog lights. you can buy the fog light valence and add fog lights if you want.

Like this:

Mine is a 95 with the Splash Fog Light Valance - it came on other models also. The lights are Pro-Comp 55's and they fit perfectly in the openings. I had to make my brackets though, not hard if you can fabricate . . .

Look up CertiFit and see if there is one near your city. They sold me mine for 12$. Brackets should be found in Junk Yards.
