I can't believe you painted the General Ranger. Gonna miss those colors! Still peaks through where you stole the roof visor haha.

Welcome back man, I noticed that Black Ranger also . . .

That last pic - PLEASE tell me that was the dis-assembly - cause I see what looks like coffee or chocolate milk around the push rods? Bad head gasket or a crack somewhere?

Good to see you back - what you planning to do with the B2 . . .

Project Ernus

shes a '89 BII with a/c p/w p/l cruise, tilt, the works and i just put on some 2" skyjacker coils and a sunvisor that adds 84 horsepower and just rebuilt the 2.9 its almost done just got to put on one more valve cover and gasket.

and after i painted up all the rust on the bottom with the galvanized gravel guard:

the rebuild almost complete:

she got some LT235/75s and at one point had 32s when she was stock and minimal rubbing, good travel for a old well-used 89:icon_hornsup:

and just a shot of the ranger for old times sake:

_________________________________________________________________

So tomorrow im gonna be changing the front clip to a gen 1 instead of 2nd gen, im gettin all the parts from the donor bronc, the old 88:

and thats about it..next on my list is a body lift and after i get some money im getting a 4" superlift from www.broncograveyard.com for only 475 they got good deals.

and then i should find a d35 and cram some 35s on here and a 8.8 would be nice too..

one question do anything have to be done with the wiring for switching front ends cause on the gen1s the signal lights are on thebottom of the headlight, and theyre not seperated on the current front clip. also the side markers on the gen 1s anything have to be done with wiring to get them hooked up and also what about the valance?
gee im full of questions lol
thanks and hopefully this build thread goes along way into the future :icon_welder:
