Well you know the usual, motorized anything is always the most frustrating thing to put back together. I popped the tube on my KLX110, and when I'am going to put it back together I can't figure out to put the connection from the right side pedal back onto the drum so I can ride the damn thing tomorrow. Maybe I have the order of operation backwards. In which order do you put the back end together. Axle Bolt, chain tensioner, and then lever or what.

Usually for my bikes I put the brake rod and the drum stay back on before I lock down the wheel. After thats all set I tension the chain. I also usually have to "apply" the brake pedal so the rod moves far enough forward to insert in the drum lever.

yeah last night after 2 times and almost a hole in the garage door. Then the 3rd time I took a calm approach and got it on....
...so much anticipation

thanks for the help
