Personally I really want to hit tahuya up in Washington but my clunker ain't freeway worthy and it's a 2 1/2 hour drive. The videos on YouTube are amazing, even some with rangers and bII's !!

besides losing 3rd gear the other day? great!

honestly i cant figure it out... the rear doesnt have a id tag but the front says 3.45 but this truck has more git up and go than my BII had with a newer engine, 31's and 3.73's so i wanna say its been re-geared but there is no binding in the front and everything looks untouched inside so idk...

anybody in the greater portland/vancouver area have a spare 5 spd tranny? i lost 3rd last week and tonight i lost 4th... i think it has to do with the fact i drove it an hour and a half home with less than an ounce of oil in the tranny when i got the truck and since losing third i been pulling hills in second and it is just cooking that tranny. p/m me and ill give you my number or look me up on craigslist... i put up a want ad, name's Brandon

One question I have is that it has ATF in it and my understanding is that the mitsu trannies use 80w90... Do I put gear oil in it or what will happen? I mean I know it won't lubricate as well and that's bad but it was rebuilt so why would they put ATF in it?
