Tranny mount is very rusted. I can see the bolt through the rusted metal! Where can I get this part and how much does it cost?

go to the local junk/pull-it yard and find a good one. you could also advertise here on TRS in the "parts needed/wanted to buy" forum. then there is craig's list and you might try www.lmctruck.com. new parts, but they probably have what you need. get their catalog as it works great for cross referencing the different years and models for parts that fit. good luck to you!
 
Crossmember or tranny mount?

Trannymount from Autozone for 29.99.

Crossmember; I got mine from suicidedoors.com for like 70bucks i believe. Theres one similar on ebay for like 30something. Its a slick little crossmember that fits on the inside of the framerails.

From the sounds of it I think he is looking for the cross memeber.
 
Sorry, yes, the crossmember is what I need to replace.
 
Can anybody verify the part I linked to will replace the part I pictured? I want to be sure before I buy it.
 
That's it man. This one will fit inside your framerails like in my pics. So you'll mount it up an drill one hole on each rail an use the supplied hardware to mount it. Really simple an much cleaner than the one on your truck.
