Ain't looking good for the Ranger guys...

On a equally sad note, looks like the old standby 4.6 and 5.4 are also being put out to pasture...

For the 2011 model year, an all-new engine lineup is offered. Two of the engines, a 3.7 L V6 and a 5.0 L V8, are based on the 2011 Ford Mustang engines, and both offer E85 flex-fuel capability. The 6.2 L V8 used in the 2011 Ford Super Duty is available with the F-150 Platinum, Lariat, SVT Raptor, and Harley Davidson editions. Finally, the 3.5 L EcoBoost V6 will be offered in the F-150 starting in early 2011.

They haven't really said anything about the Ranger for sure yet... but for some reason they are testing small trucks in the US... :icon_thumby:

well i'm not gonna lie guys. i really like the sound of the new engine line up for the f-150... that 5.0 liter sounds sweet... wait a minute they all sound sweet. i already have a ranger that will never be sold so i'm gonna for sure have to roll with an f-150 for the next truck.
