The clutch slave cylinder and line for your 1994 would go with your transmission, not the engine, but that hardly matters as both years are the same.
What is DIFFERENT, or more precisely MAY be different is that 1993 Ranger/Explorer 4.0 engines (Except California emmissions) are "Batch fire engines".
SOME (but not all) 1994 RANGER 4.0's are SEFI, with the required (failure prone)
"Camshaft synchronizer" and EGR (which has a failure prone "DPFE" Sensor)
Essentially all US spec 1994 Explorers are SEFI/EGR
So it's important to know what you have before you start your search.
If you have a Non-SEFI truck you can easily swap over the upper intake,
drivers side exhaust manifold, oil pump drive AND on engine injector harness,
from your engine to a SEFI donor engine.
Doing this the other way, ADDING SEFI to a Non-SEFI engine is more of a PITA.
SEFI gives NO power or driveability advantage, was done for supposed emissions reasons
and generally speaking the Non-SEFI engines do better on fuel.
