To my knowledge they were only in the standard cab. Were those just in the supercab?
Regular cabs only. Usally can find them in XLT & STX trucks of the vintage. My 1991 XLT has them but my old '92 XLT had them mounted in the cab corner plastics factory and were a bigger (5x7?) speakerWere those just in the supercab?
I have I set Ill let go.
I really don't want to screw with building boxes.... I figure blown or not, I'll get a set of decent speakers for these and throw em in.Why not just make your own box and put good 6x9's in it? I don't see the point in buying a box with blown speakers when you could make a box and put the money towards a good set of speakers (which aren't that expensive anyway).
I know.... more complex than I currently have tools to do though tooBuilding speaker boxes is actually an art in itself, I have an old book around somewhere made specifically about it
