these 15" steel wheels fit on a Ranger with origional 16" alloy wheels
I just test fit the wheels below on my 2006 Ranger XLT that has 16" stock alloys. They clear the calipers no problem...Procomp Series 98 Monster Mod. I am sure that others fit as well. These are 15x8 with 3.5" BS. I bought mine here...- cachedout

Novel way to remove torsion bars/keys
I came across this today and it seems like a great idea. The page is blue on black unfortunately. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/610885/3 In case the link dies, it basically show using a block of wood on a jack to compress the torsion key instead of the expensive ford tool or a two jaw puller.- cachedout

Flowmaster 40 on 2006 4.0 Ranger install experience
First off, I've been reading the forum for quite a while. Thank you for all the great info. I finally made the first change to my 2006 Ranger XLT. 4.0. I purchased a Flowmaster Delta 40 2.25 in 2.25 out, offset in, offset out (part number 942443). I cannot speak for other years or models but...
