Thank you, for the reply. Actually, I just started prying it up, and it came off without any problem; it was just held down by clips. I had assumed it was held down by adhesive, but that wasn’t the case. I’ve removed it, cleaned it, and addressed the rust underneath. Good as new.

Is there anywhere one can buy exact-fit replacement scuff plates (2008)? I have rust creeping under my passenger side plate, but am afraid of pulling it out (and damaging it) if I can’t replace it.
