    I have removed the large steel tube that runs from the intake to the exhaust and the shorter one that runs up to a diaphragm that was connected to a hose.     Thanks. I know my grandson is chomping at the bit to start on it. The how to part is what I am interested in most. The first thing I want to do is get rid of the smog pump, carb, etc.

    Picked up an 84 Ranger for my Grandson who turns 16 later this year. We are going to work on it together for his first vehicle. Only has 50,000 actual miles which is probably going to cause some issues. It was parked for a long time. Will be looking for advice here and there.
