Installed the new fuse box, problem is fixed. Took apart old box, I don't see anything wrong. Pictures here for future reference. This is the KB3Z-14A068-A model, whis is one of three models this one being the one that supports 4wd with park sensors.

I ordered a new fuse box. Once I get the box, if it does fix the problem I will cut open the old box to see what caused the issue and post pictures here

So it sounds like I might have to replace the entire fuse box unfortunately
