4.0 swap transmission issues
I have an 89 Ranger XLT 4x4 ext cab automatic trans, I replaced the worn out 2.9 with a 4.0 from a newer explorer. I realized soon after that I have no overdrive in my current transmission. I replace the 3-4 shift soleniod and the tcc lock up soleniod but niether fixed the problem. The guy at...- jdmechanic001
