Looking for images of the "DISA" mark, passenger side cyl #2. Mine is 3 DISA, I have also seen 4 DISA... Looking to get an idea of how many castings Ford was using.. Thx- Fredness

2.3L/2.5L horsepower junkies w/ 4R44E trans: What are you doing to the trans?
Is the stock 4R44E holding up to a hot-cammed, ported and polished 2.3L/2.5L engine? Normally Aspirated 2.5L, PP, high lift cam, injectors - am I starting a "Death Clock" or will the usual 4R/5R mods (bonded separator plate, Sonnax, TransGo shift kit) keep me going with even some "Spirited"...- Fredness

2001 Ranger, 2.5L, 4R44E, 4.10, 2WD I have access to SCT ADVIII Software/Tuners I have access to a 2005 5R55E Sport Trac PCM RVB0 (Running vehicle). Questions: Is the difference from 4R to 5R hardware, coding or both? Both Would a 4R wired to a 5R PCM work as a 5sp? Yes, just not optimized...- Fredness
