5.0 swap into 2002 Sport Trac
A few more questions and thoughts. I have a 1998 Ford Explorer AWD. I have been unable to find the PATS on this vehicle. I've pretty much ripped out everything except the dash. From what I've read it should be behind the glove box/airbag area. Any idea where it might be located. Also why...- Giant97

Thanks for the write up. Plan on doing this my summer. Can I use my existing transfer case or do I need it from the donor? Is it the TC or Transmission that determines if its AWD or 4WD? Thanks- Giant97
