1990 rannger engine in a 85
Okay i am looking at buying a 1990 ranger 2.9 for parts for my 1985 ranger with a blown 2.8 they are both manual but the 1990 is a 2wd, so my question is will i be able to drop the engine right in other than the 2.9 is throttle body and the 2.8 has a carb? thanks in advance- 4x4nate

I just bought a 1985ranger and Im looking to do alot to it. I want to get a explorer for the seats,the 4.0l motor,the dash,grille,springs and just about what ever else i can use from it and i want to know what would be the best year of explorer to buy to get the most out of it?- 4x4nate
