Any write ups on the 4.0 rear main seal replacement.

Ok I have a 99 4.0 OHV, and in process of replacing cracked head. Problem is that I need the studs that screw into the head for the exhaust manifold. Ford motors wants 90 bucks for them, is there anywhere else to get some?

Have a coolent leak at seam of valve head on driver side, found it under pressure test. My question is that after reading some post on internet, it seams that the valve heads maybe cracked, has anyone really run it this before, and would it just be easier to buy new valve heads as compared to...
