CHECK ENGINE error codes
Hi all, The check engine light is on in my 2002 Ranger. A local parts store read the codes and they came up as 'PO 171B, bank 1 too lean' and "PO 174B, bank 2 too lean." The garage wants $75/hour to investigate the problem so I think I'll try to track it down myself first. They did clue me in...- MartyD

Hi all, This is my first post. I am considering converting my 2002 Ranger to burn E85 fuel (85% Ethanol) or gasoline. It is a 4.0l, automatic, 4X4.
