Ive been trying to find a solid answer. I have two bw 1350s and want to do a dual setup. So far ive only seen 1350/1354 doublers. Do i need to find a 1354 or can i use the two 1350s? They Are both manual shifts so im not asking about that. Help apreciated

The front driveshaft has a slip yoke where it mates to the front output of the 1350. The 1354 has a flange that the front driveshaft bolts to. I also believe the 1354's have a 6 gear planetary vs 4 gear for the 1350.

I'm running a 1350/1354 doubler in my BII. I used the 1350 for the low box (doubler). In other words it is the one I cut down and only kept the low range. Have had no issues with this.

I didn't ask for your life story, just answer the question!

Not all 13-54s had the six gear planetary... The first few years still had the 4 gear. It's not a big deal as that isn't the weakest point of these T-cases. I twisted a rear output shaft off of a 13-50 and didn't hurt the 4gear planetary.
