Looks nice :icon_thumby:

Any future plans?
New tires asap. I have a muffler to toss on. Aside from that, I think I'm done tinkering with it for a while!

Long term goal is to drop in a 302 I have. But that needs a rebuild first.

It is a love it or hate it look.

You still have the plain black wheels, I didn't know if you were headed in that direction or not. Your car has kind of a subdued look to it, I think depending on style they could really pop. Especially if you get a V8 in it, it would have an all business look to it.

Staying with the black wheels or going to something else?

Plan on staying with the current wheels. Plain black 14" steels. New tires are going to be half inch taller out back, and the same size up front.

When I took the heavy bumpers off it made the nose sit higher lol, that front bumper was so damn heavy. So I want to get rid of the nose high look without losing ground clearance.

If I was to change the wheels, it would be for 15" D window steelies.

Seems to me you already have the nose high solution at hand. :icon_thumby:

The plain black wheels do give it a nice clean look, I don't blame you for keeping them.

My credo
Doing things wrong, until I get it right.
Sweet ride. My first car ever was a '72 Maverick, tan with a tan vinyl top, 3spd with the straight 6. I loved the headlight dimmer on the floorboard. thins ran like a top nad never leaked a drop of oil. Man I miss that ride.

I am very familiar with logheads and while the 200 is better than the 250 ,its still respectableand with a manual trans will scoot. Don;t pass up any spare heads you come across. They can be ground by a pro or milled to accept a 2bbl or small 4 and are instant 25 HP. If ya gonn ahve a turd , it might as well be a quick sleeper turd... :poop::ROFLMAO:
