Anyone ever heard of one of these?

Just found out about them today.

--Edit--

The title should say 1988. Could a moderator maybe fix that?

It was called the "Saleen Sport-Truck Type-R" or something close to that.

R for Ranger. :icon_thumby:

Alright, it was sold as a non-competition version of the Saleen Sport Truck used in races, and sported a 2.9 V6 and a 5speed tranny. ONLY 24 were produced for the public. No clue as to how many are left. It's got a custom suspension, and a body kit similar to the Ranger GT's. It was made origionally in 1988 but had a few *competition* models made from 1988 to 1991. More info can be found on this ebay link to the Saleen.

Ebay Link. Hope it works.

If anyone can't get onto that link let me know, and I'll post up the pictures directly.

Nice man, go through my posts until you find one where I posted alot.
I have to congratulate you on the effort.

But really, there's a difference between adding information to bump a thread, and saying "Ya man thanx alot i love my truck" after every post.

Go play in traffic. Seriously.
