Ok I have a 1989 ford ranger xlt with a 5.0 HO from a 1993 Ford thunderbird with a 1996 Ford f250 manual transmission and a NP205 manual transfer case that I did a dana 44 swap with coil shocks out of a 1979 ford f150 with a ford 9in and shortened both axles to fit under the truck so the wheels wouldn't be sticking out so much but my question is I did a 6 inch suspension lift with dual front shocks on it and was wondering what the best shock length and what mounting bracket would be best to use I was looking on james duff and they have a universal dual shock mount that has a 15 inch reach but I don't know if that would work and if it would what shock would work best with it for great suspension trave?
