I have a a 99 Explorer engine tranny harness under dash wiring etc. i am planning to put this into my son's 64 Falcon has anyone done something like this? Mechanical I can do looking for where to tie into Falcon harness to run guages ECM etc. Power up points to get engine running and Tranny shifting as it should.

I would start with picking up a full set of electrical diagrams for the Explorer... I would think the Falcon would be simple enough to figure out.

Yeah if you have it complete you can work with the pats. I would rather tune it out. Then you can pretty much light the ecm system with 1 wire and the starter with your existing.
