That is one rare car. I have seen only one in person. It was owned by John Vermersh out of Michigan. He had his own Ford performance business and also ran the Ford Motorsport tech line for for Ford in the 80's and early 90's.

That is one awesome car.

Thanks! I understand that the 427 cammer was only sold as a crate engine, that it was never put in a production car.

Is there anyway of verifying this?

Yeah baby! And it don't look to be automatic! Not my favorite color but it looks good on that one.

Put that set up in a 67 and paint it dark green or dark purple metallic and you have my dream car.
