Did you set the base timing, with the spout removed and the engine at normal operating temperature (fully warmed up)?

Mine acted like this once. It was a split in the upper intake gasket.
Idled fine, revved a little slow. Almost no power, could barely get the BII to move.

Not much left to swap out at this point. Computer, coil...

Gonna have to pull the codes. There's a write-up on this site that tells you how to do it.
That’s on my to do list when I can get back to it

Maybe use a plastic bag or tester on the radiator cap to check for head gasket issues? Might have an exhaust side blown gasket. I had similar issues, no sign of it in oil. New plugs and wires, ignition and sensors all good but just not a ton of power. Ended up being the head gasket...wasn't loosing coolant super fast so I didn't notice right away.
Haven’t thought about that. Definitely going to check that out

Yes spout out 10. Spout in it goes to 22
