Doing the overhead console visors upgrade. What is the correct gauge wire needed for extending the cut wire harness over to the radio. It was cut out at the driver side just above the dash. Also have to extend 2 wires to the sensor on front radiator support.

i usually just use what i have laying around... they dont draw much.... i think it was 12g or 16g last time i bought some. also if you are installing it in a 2nd gen explorer they are plug and play..... the 1st gens might be to just havent pulled the dash to see, but all 2nd gens have the plug on the d/s corner under the windshield

i have install about 4 of them now....
2k ranger, 01 explorer, 94 explorer, and a 02 f250(the factory sd one)
