Now that I am done throwing wrenches and cursing engineers, perhaps I am calm enough to type. I am trying to install a new A/C hose on my Ranger, (the one that is always cut when the harmonic balancer goes bad). Does anyone have pictures of how this hose is supposed to be routed? Any suggestions for alternative routes that might work? Is it expected that you have to put some muscle into slightly bending the aluminum sections to make a new one fit? I especially need to see/know where it routes near the best tensioner and alternator. Please help!
