I think my shop usually charges about $75. I think I paid about $60 at Kost, but I just needed a toe set.

I think putting bushings in usually pays about 2 hours.

i know its going to cost more, but find a 4x4 shop that knows what there doing.

I agree with Ron. I don't think Big O did a very good job on mine. I'd take it to a specialist for 4 wheel drives, or a place who only does alignments and front end work.

A normal tire and alignment shop may just refuse to work on that rusty suspension. If they do replace the alignment bushings its going to be at least another $200, AT LEAST!

Wow! I have never seen alignment eccentrics look like that! Seriously, I would replace those ball joints and cam eccentrics. From the looks of it, they probably are worn out anyway. I doubt any alignment shop will even touch that.

I've seen worse. Some heat, a little penetrating oil and some patience work miracles on rusty parts.

Ohh crap, I live in mass and my rust is nothing to that... I'd sand and do some por-15, it says on can you can put on over rust, but I'm gonna sand mine clean before.

the rust on that donor truck is just plain scary. the 7.5 has swelled up with so much scale that it appears larger than an 8.8!

not to mention i took a good 3/16" of scale off of that knuckle prior to taking the picture (hence why it has bright fresh surface rust on it)

that stuff is gross. when i was taking out my frame rivets, i would hit one with an air hammer and the frame would rain huge rust chunks all over my driveway... disgusting
