I have 3 x 72 hole bolt bins. 2 for sae and specialty and one for metric. I haunt yard sales and kijiji for buckets of bolts. I've gotten some pretty good deals at estate sales. Also dumpster diving.

I've also found it extremely useful over the years that anytime I remove some parts from one of my parts vehicles (also when I did my V8 swap) I take the leftover bolts with me and toss them in a large plastic jar I've labeled FORD BOLTS. They used so many odd size/length combos with weird thread pitches over the years. That jar of bolts has really saved my butt more than once.

I've been saving those too Bird.
I also miss my previous supplier from when I worked in construction, they throw away more bolts, screws, and hardware type stuff than most would imagine, i saved it up for years and it lasted me for years, then it started running dry and i had to start buying it. Had a rude awakening when I realized what the prices had gotten up to

We have a local hardware store like that. Owned by a husband and wife and there son works there too. Granted they are all older, even the son is probably in his 40s or 50s. They are my go-to spot for hardware like screws, nails and bolts because they still sell them in bulk by the pound which is always cheaper than buying a box of screws from lowes. They are very friendly and helpful and always busy. They used to be a True Value but ended up dropping the name because they wanted them to pay a fee every month just to carry the True Value name so they dropped it and put their last name on the building instead. I'm always going there just to stock up on screws. Seems I can never find a 2-1/2" screw when I need it. They also carry specialty hardware that you can't find easily.

Last time I talked to him about a year ago he was on a self-imposed exile from the net. He was doing good apparently.

I got nostalgic and went and looked in my shed for stuff I Stole borrowed from advance. I found this huge actron scan tool in its case. It has Nintendo like cartridges you stick in for different vehicle makes and a pile of different connectors. All pre odb2 stuff. It's like the epitome of 90's horrible huge electronics.

Think it's worth anything?

Doing things wrong, until I get it right.
We had a place called "Cash-N-Carry" had all the stuff you were looking for. Right on the edge of "College Town", after years of refusing to sell and relocate, a mysterious fire at 3am took the place out and now FSU owns the property. So sad.

I had someone offer me $200 for my Bear scan tool with exhaust gas analyzer. Same type as yours with the cartridges. I turned him down.

I'm too lazy to go back outside but this is it... it does apparently have an obd2 cartridge and plug too. I feel like I could play pong or snake on it...

I have a cabinet size one with the overhead arm that carries the cables and swings over the engine compartment. About 3'x2'x6'.
The link will take you to a picture:

But do you have one of these! Think this is 1930's engine analyzer. At the car museum in dillsburg PA.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
