Hello there folks!
I've got a 1998 Ranger EV I recently picked up, and it seems to have an issue with the ignition switch actuator. It looks like the gear that goes behind the ignition lock cylinder is stripped out... I'll try to post pics of what I'm talking about later when I get the chance.
Right now the plastic shroud on the column is taken off, and if I turn the key to the "run" position, I can manually push the rod portion of the actuator and it will turn the truck on. Does anybody have an instruction manual on how to replace the gear/rod, and maybe a part number?
Thanks,
Alex
