I don't use those retainer deals at all... just set the cab down on the new mounts, find a bolt long enough to go through (stock bolts are usually fine) and a nice big thick washer on the bottom. Radius arm washers are my usual go-to and a smaller one to drop the ID size down to the size of the bolt. New steel lock nut on the bottom and you're good to go.

I super appreciate this, I’m working on the same thing at the moment, and can’t get the stock bolts out of the radiator mounting. Though those are super pricey, has to be a cheaper way....
Looking at like $400 for all those pieces which cost pennies to make....
