Can anyone give me details on putting a cummins 4bta in my 94 2.3l 4wd ranger? What transmission, axles, t-case? What kind of fabbing?

ok you will need to run a full size 4or 5 sp or auto,d28 will not hold up you will need a 35 or 44. tcase should be fine. trimming of the front engine crossmember for clearance.

ummm...he has a 2wd...you will need heavier coils, the 4bt weighs in at 700 pounds, i would go and check out www.4btswaps.com they have a good cummins forum over there, might be able to find someone who already did one like yours, i know that is where mooktank hangs out with his one ton ranger....
