I have a chance to get 95 f150 running gear for next to nothing. I don't want to cut the axles down like it says in the tech library so any advice on how to mount them full width? thanks

Lengthen each beam 1 inch next to the pivots, and the axle should fit right into your existing axle pivot brackets. You'll need to do a bit of fab work for matching up your coil buckets and radius arm mounts, but this isn't difficult to do.
I believe the stock D44 steering linkage will bolt up too, though don't hold me to that. You'll probably want to re-ream the taper so the steering mounts on top of the knuckles though (gives a little better steering linkage angle).
