Different types of transmissions

I'm looking for the model number of my transmission. So when ordering parts I can be accurate. 2000 B 3000 2wd V6 3.0

If it's a manual trans its an M5OD-R1(M5R1)
If it's an automatic its a 4R44E

Be sure it don't get off tracked by someone thinking their 4.0 is same as the 3.0

Model number is not what it fits, just for internal parts
4R44E was used on several Ford/Mazda models, with different size engines and 2WD or 4x4, each had different external parts to "fit" that vehicle's drivetrain
