Get a piece of metal, trace out the gasket for the EGR valve, and cut/drill one of own. I've made more than one that way.

The intake just has vacuum pressure sucking in on the Plate, so plate doesn't need to be super thick metal, just air tight

You could just disconnect and plug the vacuum supply to the valve, disconnect the power to the vacuum control solenoid, or realize there’s no benefit to disabling it and leave it be.

EGR is more problematic on a carb than it is on EFI.

I also did the Duraspark swap so I had no need for it. I made a plate of 1/4 stock I had laying around, works great.
