Neither the windshield wipers nor the radio work on my 2001 Mazda B3000 3.0l truck.
All relay's check fine with a relay tester. Wiper fuse is OK.
Is there anything common between the wipers and radio ??

Do you have a cheap radio that you use the front buttons? Or did they have a fancier radio with the buttons on the steering wheel. The wipers go through the GEM module. Just wondering if the fancier radios went through the GEM module also, or had a remote powered module my diagram is not showing.

Did you just get the truck and its like this?
Or did this just happen?
Stock or aftermarket radio?
Wipers is probably the multifunction switch if the relays are good

The radio is an after-market that was added later.
I know the wipers go thru the GEM, but not sure about the radio...

GEM is not connected to Radio wiring

Does the Washer work?
Same fuse as wipers, #16, 30amp in cab fuse box

Most common reason for wipers to not work is the Multi-Function switch(turn signal stalk), they wear out

2001 Radio wiring here: https://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/pdf_documents/2001_Ranger_Radio_Wiring.pdf

Fuse 28 ONLY MUTES the radio when starting engine
Fuse 29 keeps the clock and preset memory, doesn't power the radio

Fuse 20 powers the radio if key is on PLUS it powers part of the GEM
So only connection there is

Fuse 11 also powers part of the GEM
These are all cab box fuses
